Terms of Service

These are the Terms of Service of "Kingdoms of Providence", the abbreviation "ToS" may also be used throughout the Terms. These Terms are not fixed, and are subject to change at any time.

Major changes to the ToS will be announced as a Game News presented at logon, although it is the responsibility of the player to be aware of and in compliance with the ToS at all times. Failure to do so may result in the immediate deletion of your account.

Connectivity

Kingdoms of Providence (KoP) does not guarantee connectivity.

Accounts

You are allowed only one game account per individual. Multiple accounts will be deleted. Shared IP users must notify staff.

Donations / Gold Account Holders

Donators are not exempt from rules. All donations are non-refundable, especially after rule violations.

Censorship/Decency

Kingdoms of Providence is not censored, but abuse may result in bans or mutes. Offensive names are not allowed.

Clan Censorship/Decency

Clan content not visible to outsiders is under clan control, unless it violates other game rules.

Clan Ownership

All clan assets are considered property of the clan. Clan owners are responsible for founder actions.

Game Rules

Users agree to follow all Game Rules. Violations may result in penalties or deletion.

Intellectual Rights

Unauthorized system access attempts may result in legal action.

Terminating Your Account

Inactive accounts are auto-deleted after 60 days of inactivity.

User Generated Content

Content does not reflect views. KoP reserves the right to remove content violating these terms.

Operational Interference

Users agree not to interfere with site operations. Auto-refreshers must be limited to 1 click per second. Certain browser features may violate this clause.

Obligations of KoP

KoP is not liable for service disruptions beyond its control.

Appendix

Other sections may have their own rules. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties. Use is at your own risk.

Kingdoms of Providence, its affiliates and staff are not liable for damages arising from site use.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for accessing this site, if any.

Privacy Policy

Kingdoms of Providence only collects email addresses for login security and communication. These are never sold or shared.

Use of the site constitutes agreement with the current terms and conditions.
